KAHS provides several imaging modalities, including:
X-ray: Utilized for assessing bone fractures, chest conditions, and other internal structures.
Ultrasound (USG): Employed for obstetric evaluations, abdominal assessments, and soft tissue imaging.
Electrocardiography (ECG): Used to monitor heart activity and detect cardiac anomalies.
These services have been integral to KAHS since its inception as a teaching hospital, supporting both clinical diagnostics and the training of healthcare professionals.

KAHS's laboratory services are comprehensive, encompassing:
Hematology and Biochemistry: Routine blood tests, liver and kidney function tests, and lipid profiles.
Microbiology: Culture and sensitivity testing to identify infectious agents and determine appropriate antibiotic treatments.
Serology: Screening for diseases such as HIV, hepatitis, and syphilis.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, KAHS was authorized to conduct PCR testing, contributing to the national effort in managing the health crisis.
