The Laboratory and Pathology Department of Karnali Academy of Health Sciences (KAHS), Jumla, plays a vital role in supporting accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and disease monitoring. The department provides essential diagnostic services to patients, clinicians, and public health programs serving Karnali Province and surrounding remote areas.

The department offers a comprehensive range of laboratory services, including clinical pathology, hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, serology, and histopathology. These services support the diagnosis of infectious diseases, metabolic disorders, hematological conditions, organ dysfunction, and other medical and surgical illnesses.
