Research Methodology Training on: Facilitating Faculties for Research and
Publication
Karnali Academy of Health Sciences and School of Public Health conducted a Training on
“Facilitating Faculties for Research and Publication” at the conference hall from 7-11
Ashwin 2078 (23 -27 September 2021). This workshop was supported by University
Grants Commission (UGC). The total of 22 faculties were participated in the training
among which 18 were from the host institute and remaining 4 were from outsides (2 from
Karnali Technical School and 2 from Jumla Multiple Campus). This is a collaborative
training to increase the knowledge and skills of faculties within and outside the institute.
The objective of this training was to upgrade the scientific writing, publication process,
referencing and data analysis. The training focused ethical part of research and plagiarism.
Participants were actively involved in the sessions and questions and queries were
addressed by the resource persons.
